My experience with level 7 has been exceptional. They are always very helpful, and I don't have to wait on hold. The staff is always very friendly. I'm amazed such an excellent ISP actually exists! So glad I moved to Level 7!

Quick and effective. Upgraded my line speed recently. All was done within 24 hours. Debit order was also adjusted although my request was on the 31st. By the first the new debit order was in place. Most companies will only take effect after 30 days, with a manual payment of the difference.
